Following the acquisition of Xcellerate Finance, Fundd welcomes members of Dionne Lee’s team and is entrusted with continuing to look after the clients and relationships she built.

Continuing a legacy

Fundd’s story has also been shaped by the people and businesses we’ve been fortunate enough to welcome along the way.

In 2026, Fundd acquired Xcellerate Finance, the business built by respected mortgage broker Dionne Lee.

Although our time with Dionne was far too brief, we quickly came to understand the enormous respect she had earned from her clients, colleagues and the wider broking community. She was known for the care she showed people and the relationships she built throughout her career.

We feel privileged to have been entrusted with continuing what she created, including welcoming members of the Xcellerate Finance team to Fundd and looking after the clients who placed their trust in Dionne and her business.

We’re proud that a part of Dionne’s legacy continues through the people and relationships she built.
